Leah has been with ARBC since the fall of 2020, when she started as a facilitator in the e-learning program developed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. She began working with the After School and Summer Camp as well, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Director, where she served until September 2022 when she was promoted to Director. She has gained incredible experience in her time with us. She is passionate about school-aged children and their care and development. She is thoughtful and creative. She is a visionary thinker, and is excited to lead this ministry to thrive in the future. Leah likes to sing show tunes in her spare time and is an accomplished Christian author.
