GAMES, CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES, FREE HOT DOG SUPPER

If you have not called the church office or contacted Bridget Kokolis to let us know if you want to provide a trunk for this event – please call today (232-2712).

You need to be at the church at 5:30 p.m. that afternoon so we can arrange all the trunks before the children and parents begin arriving at 6:00.

We are still accepting candy donations in the church office until Wednesday, the day of the event.

Bridget still really needs some volunteers to run one of the games she has planned.   Please contact her for more information at bkokolis@arbc.com.

 

Volunteers are needed to serve during worship once every five weeks in the nursery during worship.  Please contact Bridget if available.

Sunday, Oct. 30th is Youth Service Sunday

Rev. Kokolis and the youth will be having lunch together after worship and then will visit a Hospice Center in Anderson, SC.

UPCOMING YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S EVENTS IN NOVEMBER

YOUTH  Friday – November 11th from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – Dinner and Denver Downs!   Bring a flashlight!   Cost is $15 per person

YOUTH Sunday – November 20th  – Service Sunday (please note the date change for this month.

CHILDREN Sunday – November 13th – 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Lunch and Denver Downs!  Cost is $10.00 per child.

                                                      

START MAKING PLANS TO ATTEND THE CHURCH-WIDE THANKSGIVING LUNCHEON which will be on Sunday, November 20th, following worship.

The hospitality team need an accurate count of people attending.  There will be sign-up sheets in the S.S. boxes and also in the hallway outside the sanctuary for you sign up.  Please let us know how many of your family will be attending.  She has already sent out the sign-up e-mail if you wish to sign-up that way.  You can call the church office (232-2712) or send an e-mail to her at barrowoos@arbc.com.
